In a strong endorsement of its commitment to inclusive growth and ESG excellence, MCE Holdings Berhad has been recognised as a Model Company and awarded Gold under the Sustainability Shared Prosperity Organization Assessment (SSPOA), a national initiative spearheaded by the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC).
Assessed under the large company manufacturing category, MCE stood out for its robust performance across all five SSPOA pillars: People, Process, Product, Prosperity, and Planet. The 1,000-point framework benchmarks companies on everything from workforce development and operational practices to innovation, shared economic value, and environmental sustainability.

Group Managing Director Dr Goh Kar Chun said the award reflects the team’s dedication to building a resilient, high-performance organisation aligned with national goals.
“It strengthens MCE’s position as a forward-looking company committed to driving inclusive growth, advancing productivity, and contributing to Malaysia’s transformation into a high-value, innovation-led economy,”

-- Dr Goh Kar Chun, MCE Holdings Berhad Group Managing Director
Launched in 2023, the SSPOA celebrates companies that successfully implement the Productivity-Linked Wage System (PLWS) and Employee Shared Commitment (ESC) — mechanisms that link business performance with employee well-being in a fair, transparent way.
As a leading OEM in automotive electronics and mechatronic components, MCE’s recognition underlines how sustainability and productivity are no longer competing goals, but complementary drivers of long-term growth.
