IJM Land and Samsung Malaysia Collaboration Aims To Bring Smart and Sustainable Living to Homes

In a push toward a more connected and eco-conscious future, IJM Land has partnered with Samsung Malaysia Electronics to bring smart and sustainable living solutions to select homes across its developments.

The initiative, launched recently at IJM Land’s Centre of Excellence (I.C.E.) Gallery in Pantai Sentral Park, marks a strategic step in transforming the way Malaysians experience modern living.

Rooted in IJM Land’s sustainability pillars—Marketplace, Environment, Workplace, and Community—the collaboration aims to integrate Samsung’s advanced smart home technologies into homes that are either move-in ready or nearing completion. These enhancements will support energy efficiency, improved security, and overall convenience, while also reducing the environmental footprint of each property.

The initiative includes AI-driven systems to manage energy consumption, solar-powered show galleries, EV charging infrastructure, and other features that promote long-term environmental responsibility.

To further encourage adoption, IJM Land has launched the Smart Move campaign, offering rebates, giveaways of Samsung smart appliances, and up to 50% discounts on select Samsung products for new homeowners. The campaign also covers free MOT fees and two years of complimentary maintenance for eligible homes.

Running through 31 March 2026, the campaign spans both completed and upcoming IJM Land projects—offering Malaysians an opportunity to embrace smarter, more sustainable home living from day one.

This move reinforces IJM Land’s role as a leader in responsible urban development, setting a new benchmark for future-ready communities that prioritise both innovation and sustainability.
