Working out at home can be a drag but maybe it is an opportunity for you to work on your basics.

Planks mostly focus in strengthening your core. Although it may look simple, it can prove to be difficult and may discourage you from even trying. However, with the right technique and mentality, you can master this basic exercise and move on to other variations.


Veronica Schokman, ACE personal trainer, fat loss and certified bootcamp coach, talks about some planking techniques on her Facebook post. She also demonstrates a proper plank form and how long she can hold it for. Any guesses?
