Using makeshift equipment at home to workout. I trust you are all staying safe and well. It’s been a while since my last workout video and today I thought I’d show you some exercises you can do with items in your home. Today I used a bag of Mazut’s (my fur boys )kibbles as my weight. You may use other forms of weights like a sandbag if you have one, or a bag of rice. Complete 2-5 sets of the exercises with 12 repetitions for each exercise. Modify it if you have to and amplify it when you can. Don’t forget to warm up before and cool down after😊
