Get off your chair and stretch


Long hours of sitting can increasing incidences of neck and back aches.




Prolong sitting is bound to result in some nasty neck, back and general body aches. This is because long periods of being sedentary is not relaxing to your muscles contrary to what is believed by many. Your muscles are tensed due to upright sitting and maybe be exacerbated due to poor posture, existing musculoskeletal issues, or work spaces that are just not ergonomic.


Kinesis Care Physiotherapy shows us some easy static stretching that you can do with just a mat and a long stick. Check out the video below.
