Continuing with home workouts, today we will use a chair. (*Its advisable to use a sturdy and non slip type chair) Complete 2-5 sets of the exercises with 12 repetitions for each exercise. Modify it if you have to and amplify it when you can. Don’t forget to warm up before and cool down after😊
